Un bel pezzo di NMS
 trias:
Ooh man, this so damn good!
 Miguel:
Javier, you might want to replace line 29 in tcp_ports.inc.php by the following : if ($pos2 == FALSE) $data_line = substr($data[1],$pos1); else $data_line = substr($data[1],$pos1,$pos2-$pos1); There was a problem getting the last port discovered, this fixes that.

I am using cacti & JFFNMS for 200 routers but JFFNMS is the best NMS in my sense compare to Cacti !! The great advantage is Name identification against Interface. I found in JFFNMS user guide , FreeBSD is the best OS for JFFNMS monitoring. Is there any one who will write step by step JFFNMS installation guide on FreeBSD 5.4 or 6.2 ? Please upload your documentation at http://jffnms.wikispaces.com

Could the snmp program "Braa" be worked in as a module to speed up the poller process? This would greatly improve the scalability of the software. Also possibly having the option of using perl for the poller would be an advantage.

Most of the Network Administrator look for the following regarding their WAN Networks. 1. Realtime Utilisation of WAN Links. 2. Latency to their WAN Locations. 3. Uptime/Downtime Reports to evalaute the SLAs. 4. Application-wise Traffic Report. JFFNMS is fantastic in doing the first 3. IF Netflow could have been added to this It would be the No 1 NMS software.
